When purchased, this 12-unit building had been vacant for six months. Water pipes, frozen in the winter, had to be completely replaced. In addition, the building received new electrical wiring, modernized kitchens and bathrooms, rebuilt porches, tuck-pointing, a new roof, and all new landscaping. Each apartment also received new appliances. Performed without secondary financing.
