This building's structure was in sound physical condition when purchased. However, the 75 apartments and common areas were in poor condition. Work included an upgraded elevator, entrance area, and landscaping. Individual apartments received new kitchens with solid oak cabinets, stainless steel sinks, and tiled floors. Bathrooms received new ceramic tile and plumbing upgrades. Electrical upgrades were also part of the rehabilitation. Performed without secondary financing.
